Whether your pregnancy or postnatal yoga with us
is in a class or at a retreat, we always offer a welcoming,
warm and supportive environment.

 


The aim is to make you feel safe and nurtured in your pregnancy and after your baby is born. You’ll get expert guidance with plenty of compassion and listening to your individual needs.

As with regular classes, we help your body to strengthen, relax and stretch through a combination of classic yoga poses, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises. What makes these classes extra special are the tailored modifications which consider the stage of pregnancy and both common and individual features of the pregnant and postnatal body.
